The VTL Group is headquartered in Huddersfield UK, with three manufacturing facilities and the group Technical Solutions Centre all within close proximity.
From the UK, we service customers throughout mainland Europe, aligning our production control systems with their specific supply and logistics organisations.
In 2010/11 we relocated all our UK operations to Huddersfield and invested in an additional 40,000sqft of production capacity, whilst expanding and automating our forge, machining and finishing production cells.
- Automotive - design, manufacture and supply of transmission components and assemblies for manual gearboxes
- Commercial Vehicle - design, manufacture and supply of complex components and sub-assemblies from exotic steels and alloys for turbocharger applications
- Technical Solutions Centre – a purpose-built facility providing multiple capabilities including:
- development of innovative processes
- development of raw materials and coatings
- product development and enhancement
- tooling and prototype development and manufacture
- concept validation
- product testing
